After being a customer for over 5 years, and thousands of dollars later, I brought in a large amount of dry-cleaning one day. They lost a very expensive shirt then were extremely rude and said they didn?t have it, basically it wasn?t their problem. So much for customer appreciation. Never again will I bring my families dry-cleaning to Chris?. Looking at other reviews about this establishment, I see that this isn?t the first time they have lost something.
