I had a great experience with this office. They went to trial for me on a case 2 other attorneys turned down because there wasn't enough money in it for them. Yes they are busy, but that's good. That means they know what they are doing!. Also, even though my phone calls didn't get returned right away, all the staff was on the emails. Ms. Shaw would even respond on break in court via her smartphone. You can't fault the attorneys for the system but if you need help, this is the place to go.
