After reading the good reviews on here we thought we would give the place a try.
I am now VERY suspicious of those who wrote such glowing reviews ESPECIALLY the person claiming to be from Texas and comparing this to ""Real Tex-Mex"".
I can't help but wonder if the owners themselves or some of their friends wrote the great reviews.
Was the food horrible?
No.
But it was typical of the types of places we had in the Pacific Northwest years ago prior to anyone moving here with any idea of what real Mexican food was.
The beans and sauce are obviously out of a can and the beef is just ground hamburger. Nothing special or noteworthy.
The one good thing I will say is that the server was friendly and the food was delivered to us hot and fresh.
HOWEVER...Almost everything on the menu was close to double the price that it should have been in my opinion.
I do not wish to sound mean because, as I said, the people were very nice and the service was fast but I cannot imagine anyone who has ever eaten real Mexican food anywhere thinking this was the ""real thing"" or that the prices are even close to reasonable for the quality and quanity of food you get for the money.
