What a nice experience to find someone who is so conscientious, thorough, and personable. Rich delivered great service and the cleaning of our carpets couldn't have been better. I liked how he explained exactly what he was going to do. Our carpet is in the basement where a dog had lived for two years, and the cleaning lifted out all the dog odors. Thanks for the quality job. We will definitely call Rich again.
