I saved up for months to have my car painted. I choose a specific color to have it changed to. I had to call to find out my car was done and when I saw it I was very upset. It was the wrong color. The manager Kevin gave me 2 options. Pay and take the car or shut up and leave until I decide I want that color I did not choose. He was very rude and he made a racist comment that made me cry. He was yelling at me and all I wanted was for my car to be painted the right color. I tried to reason with Kevin but he was more concerned with yelling and making racist comments.
Do not take your car to this Maaco as your car will be painted the wrong color and you will be treated with the worst possible customer service. I'm so upset I do not know what to do.
