I have mentioned to their service manager that they(their work force) missed the work detail , as rotation was done only 1/2, but charged me for the full work. And have to bring it back 3 times..to get it done properly. They did it finally, but deep scratched my upholstery on purpose (because of the force required to scratch the hard plastic is needed, it is not a normal scratch). And to park my car to far away on purpose, to let me pick it up when they?re finally done, the third time when I was back there .\r

I have mentioned that their employees, few different ones, careless about their work, by calling in to their customer care manager, he just said "Have a nice day", without taking notes nor pay attention to the words that I said..Just to get rid of me over the phone.\r

Now, I'm not sure whether they have stripped my thread on the wheels.\r
