I had a complicated situation and asked to speak with the owner. The front desk gave me a phone number that led to an always-full voicemail.
When I aksed them if there was another number, they said that was the only one they had.
My advice to others: Use an insurance agency where the agent's name is on the door, and you can speak to him or her if you ask to, instead of getting a run around.
