Roshan, Roshan!! She's the best! I've lived all over, including LA and San Francisco and Roshan is as good as it gets, but better! Glow Boutique is super chic yet very approachable for being in the trendy Pearl District of Portland. She is hip, fun, friendly and personable. She absolutely listens to what you want and offers her expertise, as well. Her cutting is precise and coloring, honestly, amazing! I've been twice now and already have my third appointment booked. Thrilled to have found the best in Portland!
