I get more compliments from friends on my hair color as being so natural and that my roots do not show. Kacy does an excellent job of highlights and lowlights and the color lasts a long time. Cuts are well-done and last. Also, the time I am in the chair is not long which I really appreciate. Nobody else does my hair!!
