I was in the market for a $1,500 Trek & found BB in Rice Village the closest dealer. I called to ask about color availability, & though I don't specifically recall the conversation I was so offended by the rudeness that I took my business all the way out to BB near Dairy Ashford (& I live about a mile west of downtown!!). Out there they apparently don't consider themselves pre-madonnas of either biking or the area they do business in. This ""ain't New York City & I don't appreciate establishments that are determined to provide customers with that type of experience. I've heard this same type of feedback from many who've stepped foot in the RV BB. I take my business to Blue Line Bike Lab now, they are good folk up there, not to mention closer to my house (thank God).
