I took a banjo wall clock that was gifted to me, in for repairs in June. They said 3 to 4 weeks. I called after 5 weeks, and they hadn't gotten to it yet, and advised me it would be a couple more weeks. I called in august, and it still was not ready. I finally got the clock in late August. It was over 200.00 to clean and oil the clock. The chimes quit working within 2 months. I didn't take it back to them. They were extremely rude when I called and asked about the clock, didn't know which clock I was talking about, and didn't care if I was a customer or not. I had previously purchased 2 cuckoo clocks from them, that have also been in for cleaning and oiling, which it appeared that they were holding for ransom of hundreds of dollars. It took several weeks each to get them back. I won't be doing any more business with them.
