I chose this company to move from a two bedroom apartment to a house. A friend of mine had used the service and recommend the company. When I made the reservation, I was asked how many rooms I had, and received packing instructions, which I followed.
The men arrived on time, began packing, and after two hours, informed me that their truck was full, and they couldn't take anything else. There I stood with my infant daughter... and items, including an air conditioner, still in my apartment. With all of their experience. they should have known upon arrival that they could not fit all of the boxes and other items into the small truck they had driven and opted to come back with an appropriate vehicle. Instead, they did approximately 4/5ths of the job, and left me to deal with everything else. Very unprofessional.
When I asked what they proposed I do, the movers informed me that I would need to find a way to get the items to the new location myself since I had a car. At $110/hr, and a recommendation from a friend, I expected a complete move and professional service. To pay $330, and still have to make several trips, with my daughter in tow, to move items was outrageous. Never again.
