I hired Michael's limousine for my wedding. On their website they promise a red carpet experience with a beautiful car, experienced driver, and chilled champagne. FALSE ADVERTISING.
The limo was 20 minutes late, and when it showed up it was the wrong model and the wrong color. The driver did not help me the bride, or any of my bridal party with our bags. He didn't even open the door for us at any time through out the day. There was no ice or champagne in the car. The driver had no idea where he was going and cost me time with my photographer that I had banked on. I called Michael's to voice my grievances to the manager, he assaulted me with excuses telling me ""I was lucky to get anything at all, my limo had broken down in Boston and no drivers wanted to come in on their day off."" The manager then proceed to laugh at me when I asked for some kind of refund for my poor experience with their business. Extremely unprofessional and Michael's does not provide the quality or service they promise. Go elsewhere.
