Filthy, filthy, filthy. I work too hard to spend my money in such a dirty place. chicken bones in all the hallways, carpet in room had several stains. I have never seen such a nasty hotel in my life. Also the in room coffee maker was not there. comment from the gal at the front desk was merely "sorry". No attempt was made to locate one. Front desk personel insisted we didn't have a reservation until my wife produced the confirmation. will never prepay a hotel room again. Most likely wont return to the Shreveport Bossier city area again.
