1) First time shopping at store the service was terrible then I was over-billed for my purchase (the sale price was not deducted). When I called to have the bill corrected nobody would help me. IT took 8-10 calls to store before my bill was ever corrected with no apology 2) Second time shopping (Should have stopped after the first) I ordered a chair with an expected delivery in mid-april, april came and order was delayed until mid-may, patiently waited till mid may and order was delayed until june. Then I finally canceled the order and went to a real furniture store. 3) Amazing that a furniture store cannot supply a customer with furniture. It just never seems to come. DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE STORE Cons: never receive furniture (delay after delay) more
