I asked when I called to obtain a receipt to be sent to me and Kelly laid the phone down and said ""THESE PEOPLE!"" as if I asked them to do something that was so very difficult. They didn't know now to email it to me and stated that their fax machine was broken. I was trying to get for about a month. With the way the times are now, you would think they would accommodate their customers. Or should I say, Former Customer.
