I wanted to comment based upon the the other reivew. I have been to Polished about 10 times, and I feel they take extra care of you here and have been nothing but nice to me and the most amazing pedi/mani at a great price. One time when I went there was a large party checking out and I need to rush, so they let me leave and called me to get my credit card information. To me, that is above and beyond. It is my escape and I do not go to other salons any longer.
