I am a runner, had some knee and ankle issues, and had heard great things about the Grounded Massage here. First, the massage therapist- Sam- was excellent, as promised. Unfortunately, after booking the Grounded Massage, I got a call three hours before my appointment informing me that they had double booked my time, and that I was being bumped up an hour, and would be getting a shorter massage. I wasn't in a position to reschedule or argue, so I went with it. I ended up not being able to get the Grounded Massage, as I'd hoped, but got an excellent table massage. It did nothing for my running injuries, but I can't complain- Sam was very attentive to my back, which also hurt a bit, and did wonders for it.
Only drawback was they tried to charge me for my original 75 minute massage, before I corrected them, but otherwise the staff was lovely.
Pros: Good massage, friendly staff
