I've used Shawn and 4byte4 for over 10 years and love the service I get from them. He really seems to get my ideas for my home office and is always great about suggesting shortcuts for doing things and ways to save money on what I'm buying. I can honestly say I don't ever feel like I have a Geek in my house, but someone who talks to me on my level and explains it so that i can understand!
