All these great reviews, yet I can not say the same thing. I contacted 4byte4 via phone, I spoke with a woman who said the person who rescues lost drive info. was in a meeting and would call me back. It has been about 10 days since then with no response what-so-ever from them. I guess they do not have the time for non-business home computer drive salvage. Very disappointed. more

Same great service for over 10 years now 4/5/2010

I've used Shawn and 4byte4 for over 10 years and love the service I get from them. He really seems to get my ideas for my home office and is always great about suggesting shortcuts for doing things and ways to save money on what I'm buying. I can honestly say I don't ever feel like I have a Geek in my house, but someone who talks to me on my level and explains it so that i can understand! Thanks Shawn for all you've done for us, We appreciate you. Pros: Trustworthy, Skilled. Stays up on the latest. Cons: Sometimes very busy! more

Excellent Service, Priced fair and outstanding value! 3/17/2010

I've used Shawn for over 8 years now and have to say that everyone else pales in comparision. I called the ""squad"" once when shawn was really booked and immediately regretted it. They seemed only concerned with the most streamlined assembly line type solutions, and with shawn and his crew i've always gotten service tailored to my needs. They even called me when the antivirus software they had recommended stopped being as effective as another free product and walked me through changing over the phone!
