Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy is the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. I was helping my daughter, who is a single mother, look for a used car. We found what we thought to be the perfect used car for her and it was in her price range. This was on a Monday. The financing had been arranged privately. The customer service was terrible. We should have known the next day when we went to pick up the car with my daughter and grandaugher and had to wait 2 full hours to be told the car wasn't ready yet, that we should RUN away from the deal. Supposedly, in the diagnostic testing, they saw that a belt and hose needed replaced so we could not pick up the car that day. Two days later, we were told it was ready, went in, waited another 2 hours to be told financing wasn't ready and we couldn't pick it up. What? We had our own financing. AND, THEY HAD PULLED OUR CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT CONCENT TO DO SO! HUGE VIOLATION! Again, my fault for not running as fast as we could. This went o
