I had a tramatic Experience.\r

after waiting at least 3 hours i was called back. they didnt tell me what i was scheduled for but the doctor made sure to yell out that i had terrible teeth. She scolded me and embarassed me until i let her inject me with the anesthetic. By the time i was done i went to my car and looked in the mirror--i was horriffied to see my teeth (#12-21...from premolar on top to premolar on bottom) filled with amalgam. (silver) I never had any dental pain before i went there and now i have these huge silver fillings with barley andy tooth structure left. I am postive my teeth weren't decayed as much as she made it seem. (im a dental assistant) so on my second appointment it went even worse she injected me and began to drill instantly. Whe n i flinched becasue of the sharp pain she told me how bad my teeth were and how i needed to behave because i was ""grown."" I explained that i wasnt numb and it was a reaction. she then proceeded to tell me that i needed to control my reactions or leave. I thn got up and left. I asked for copies of my xray (b/c medicaid wouldnt pay for another set) and they asked me for $65 dollars. Being on medicaid, and a full time student- she knew i didnt have the money. in fact she knows that all her medicaid patients dont have the money- yet she still tries to charge because she knows she's done something wrong. I will most likley have to get crowns on all the teeth she worked on. I am emotionally hurt and do intend on filing a claim against her. I know i am not the only one with this type of experience. too bad medicaid patients are so helpless. \r

Sorry about the typos, the run-on sentences and the lack of time i put into this review. The only thing i care about at this point is letting everyone know what happened to me in that office.
