I searched for a licensed and authorized Mul-T-Lock deadbolt installer. The Mul-T-Lock website gave me about 10 local businesses to contact. The first three or four places I telephoned didn't give me confidence for a 5-star installation. One place even changed their price rates [upwards by 5%] on the following day when I called to recheck prices. Thankfully I reached Nick at Secure LA Lock Safe. Nick assured me [and instilled absolute confidence] that his team would provide superb service, and wouldn't skimp on any details. Nick said that some other installers shortcut on ball-bearings and strike plates, doing inferior work. Well, Nick was right-on. Nick appeared promptly for the installation appt. As he had predicted, the old locks [one was Mul-T-Lock] had been previously installed poorly, with missing internal parts compromising the integrity and functionality of the high-end Mul-T-Lock deadbolt. Nick was superbly professionally and honest. Unlike with other companies I'd called who gave 'vague' prices, Nick gave me an accurate estimate ahead-of-time, and there were no hidden charges. I was extremely pleased with Nick's service. His work was top-notch. While some other companies 'suggested' vague prices lower than Nick's fee, I couldn't feel comfortable there wouldn't be hidden fees or inferior work from other locksmiths. You get what you pay for, and Nick delivered Ritz-Carlton quality and professional service. I wouldn't trust any other locksmith. Thank you, Nick!
