we lived there for ten months. we had a hole in our celieng for four months. two vehicles broken into, one they were succesful and got the stereo. our neighbors got their car stolen. the trash container always had a pile of trash just waiting for the health department. on moveout we cleaned the whole place but did not get our deposit because we had no professinal cleaning crew clean our apartment. even though it wasnt in the lease. if you want to live here, dont clean a thing.
