I rented a car for the weekend of Dec. 3, 2010, and Matt handled my contract. I was upgraded at no charge to a 2010 Ford Fusion and it is an excellent car! I was treated in a helpful, friendly manner both on the phone and in person. Someone picked me up at my home and returned me when I dropped the car off. I am totally pleased with the service at Enterprise at 4303 Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville. I will definitely do this again!
