not only do they lie to you they have a contract that states anything they tell you they are not accountable for.I have been in business for 35 years and this is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard of.Everybody needs to contact the better business bureau or their attorney after encountering this spa\r
I hope people read these reviews before signing up for a membership.If you do sign up for a membership be aware they lie about cancelling.After 5 full days of providing change of address bills to new address and so forth I have been told they must reveiw it.I have moved given them my new address an electric bill and a bank check with my new address and still they will not cancell my membership because it needs to be reveiwed.You tell me are these people you want to be associated with?
