I had a great experience at Ling Optix. Dr. Ling is very knowledgable and warm, plus he's a gear head like me. I'm writing this because he is truly one of the first doctors I've been to that deserves good business. I hope that everyone reading will understand that if they go to Dr. Ling, they'll see what I mean. My whole family comes here and they love Lesa and Dr. Ling. Thumbs up all around. Pros: great frames and knowledgable staff Cons: none

Canyon Crest Athletic Club is a great gym. It is spacious and very well run. The employees are very helpful. The actual gym has lots of amenities from a nice weight room and cardio area to a sauna and outdoor pool. There are also indoor basketball and racquetball courts. The value is great. Prices are very reasonable.

I went to talk to them thinking that they were going to help me find some extra workers but all they did was open the paper and look at online adds and circled potential works. I could have done that on my own in a few hours but they took 2 weeks to do the same and charged me a ton.
