Poor communication and poor customer service 10/19/2010

Used this 'company' to install floors. They took over 2 months to get our floors in after we paid for the materials up front. We were lied to and our many phone calls went unanswered and were rarely returned. It wasn't until we were finally fed up with the run around and demanded a refund and threatened legal action that the owner got off her rear and came up with a solution. The floors were installed and the installers did a decent job, however the job remains incomplete becasue they did not install the trim between the wood and ceramic going into the dining area. I guess I will have to do this myself. I would have the company do it since I paid them to do it but the drama isn't worth it. Once the install was ""complete"" we sent the balance due of the work done, not once, not twice, but three times before she finally 'recieved"" it. We had to send it certified with return receipt and cancel the other 2 checks we sent at our expense. I was personally called a liar by Deneya and was treated with utter disrespect. These people are hardly professional. Do business with them at your own risk. more
