My daughter's soccer team recently purchased their warmups at New Horizons Soccer. They gave us an excellent price quote and turnaround for shipping. It sounded too good to be true! And it certainly was... They were several weeks late with the order. Also, the only reason we got our warmups even that early was because we worked with them constantly throughout the process. Ie. Nancy Johnson, our sales rep told us to expect a sew out in two days. We waited patiently for a week before contacting her. For every little step of the way, Nancy Johnson failed to deliver on her promise. We kept having to prompt her to followup on our order. Nancy gave us a turnaround of 2-3 weeks. She said as little as two weeks and definitely no more than three weeks. Our order finally arrived in the 6th week. Had we known, the order would take that long, we would have worked with another vendor. What is worse, is that she didn't offer a single apology for the inconvenience. She kept playing the blame game. First she blamed it on the digitalizer and then she had the audacity to blame the team for a difficult emblem. If she was incapable of digitalizing a simple emblem, she should have just said so. At the end of it, without notifying our team rep, she charged the team an extra $40. She said the emblem required more stitching than she had originally anticipated. Why did she even bother to give me a price quote if she was going to raise the price. Also, Nancy should have notified the team of the price change the moment she found out. Instead, she just charged the team extra, hoping it would go un-noticed. We will not work with New Horizons Soccer again. more
