I recently took my VW Phaeton to STERLING COLLISION for body work and a total repaint. The Phaeton is a difficult car to work on, but under the watchful eye of Production Manager Sean Russell, I was completely satisfied with the final result. Sean was more than helpful with warranty issues and very concerned about getting me the best service from VW. I could not be happier with STERLING'S customer service. I was contacted on a regular basis during the process and made aware of any options as they arose. The car was delivered as promised and within estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially if you are seeking a quality result.
