I was referred to Heidi, she is personable but not friendly, she is knowledgeable and seems to know her business. I think what goes wrong with Heidi is that she doesn't listen to the client, she has it in her mind how she thinks your hair should be and the client walks out unhappy. I gave her two chances, The services were extremely high priced for this area, I paid double that and went to my Beverly Hills colorist and it was worth every penny and I won't need higlights for six months and only need a base every eight weeks which only takes an hour compared to a three hour appointment with Heidi, and my color is absolute perfection. I think the entire salon is highly over-rated. more
