I have to agree that the people answering the phones are seriously clueless. However, I can tell you that Dr. Zaffar Ali is one of the best doctors I have seen. He really cares about his patients. At a time when I no longer wanted to live he really reached out to me and helped me turn my life around. Without him and his dedication to his patients I would not be here.
