My long coat chihuahua now looks like a short shaved jagged nailed mess. She is on a heating pad right now. I HATED and I know this is a strong word but HATED everything about this grooming experience. The refund will not help my poor little pet's hair grow back. She looks like a totally different dog. I will post photos everywhere I can so you can see how seriously wrong this is. Please don't try to complain because you will get a tongue lashing and told off! I was so excited to try this place, too. Horrible experience. They put them and leave them in the kennel and have blowers dry them. For $45 and up come on a 4 lb dog you can't quickly warm them up and dry them? They left her crying in the kennel and seemed pissed that I was bothered by this.
Pros: cool pet clothing and accessories
Cons: will beat you down if you complain after being in shock!
