Never again will I step foot in this practice. Dr Arkin is rude and condescending, and has a problem with kids who are on a vegetarian diet. Also, went in to get a record of the 4 shots he was given, and was charged $10...which was NEVER explained in the first place. Since taking my child here, I have ended up just going to KIDMED for sick visits, bc they do nothing at this practice. It's a ""come back in a week if he is still sick""...so you are stuck with another large copay, and your child in that week gets worse and has no meds. NEVER again! I am so upset, I am also writing the Business Bureau about the treatment we have received. Run as fast as you can away from this place!!!
