My friends and I have tried many Pilates places in the city, and finally we found Flow! \r
What i like most about Flow is that instructors actually demostrate the whole time and check my posture and correct it if needed. Since I am new to Pilate, that really helps me a lot. So far I've had three instructors for matt class. They are all friendly and tentative. We also use other pilate tools in matt class, such as pilates rings or\r
resist-a-bands. The classes are always useful, interesting and relaxing to me.\r
I highly recommand the place to anyone.
