I was one of the people who waited until the last second to go digital (when my tv cut off). I called and spoke with a sales agent, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very curteous, and fully explained every inch of detail involved with signing up for new service. Every charge was fully disclosed, and the technician was extremely helpful during the installation. The customer service was so phenomenal, I am a Satellite Country customer for life. I know my sales agent is always there for any issues I could possibly have, plus I get $50 each time I send a friend to them!
I know my friends and I won't be going anywhere else for my satellite TV/ internet needs. Especially if we want to talk to someone we can understand.
