I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. I've never stayed at one before and this met most of my expectations. My hubby and I decided to go to SB for the weekend with my newborn son. I was dreading an overly cheesy flowerly-like decor but we stayed in the Belle Caruso room which was quite nice ~ airy, clean, cottage-quaint. King bed with lots of pillows and thick blankets, much like my own bed. The bathroom was newly renovated ~ i loved the dual shower head. The towels were beautifully fluffy. The full kitchen was clean and pretty much unused, but it offered the basic necessities ~ almost wish I made a meal there! The french doors allowed us to separate the kitchen from the room, which was helpful when the baby napped. The cons about the room ~ the kitchen floor creaked really bad and the bathroom fan sounded like it could be changed. There were drawers that were trying to be antique-ish, but it seemed forced.
Pros: Delicious food, recent upgrades, convenient location
Cons: needs bigger portions at breakfast
