Worst Customer Service in the Boating Industry 5/1/2009

My pontoon was taken in for service on 4/7. It sat at the dealer until picked up on 4/30. I was never called to give a status of repairs. After 4 phone calls and being told they were still working on the boat, I told them I would pick it up in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, I noticed the boat in the back of the lot and it appeared as though nothing had been done to it. I told the gentleman, Jamie Martin, that I was sorry and he responded ""That's ok....I have enough to work on."" After loading the boat myself and pulling it out front, I asked the man standing at the door what I owed him and he replied ""Nothing...we didnt fix your boat."" I asked him to provide me with any notes of what had been checked on the boat and he replied again ""Nothing that can be released to you."" I told him ""You guys never even looked at the boat after 23 days."" I am upset that my boat was supposed to have been tuned up and was told they were working on it and had taken it to the lake on several occassions..... I do not believe any of what was told. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Now I am left with a boat that is not repaired after 23 days, and a boat that needs severe cleaning from the weather. Cons: Customer Satisfaction at its absolute worst more
