This was the WORST experience I have had. I have been there a few times and the owner is phony and let's all her friends in AHEAD of you DESPITE the fact that you're thre WITH an appointment. She is rude and thinks that she can treat you with no respect. They NEVER get the color you want right. The other workers are okay with cutting hair--but I'd rather cut my own hair then deal with this rude owner. I have overheard conversations of her OWN employees complaining about her...she talks down to them like she does with her customers. Never going there EVER again!
Cons: Owner is RUDE, cannot for their LIFE get coloring right
