I am a no frills girl that decided to tan for my first time ever before my wedding. I was scared out of my mind to go in these spaceship-like machines. The first day I started with the most basic (or so they said) bed. The sweet woman at the desk, Sara, recommended a lotion and set up a whole tanning schedule for me. I don't usually tan well so I wasn't expecting miracles but by the time my rehearsal dinner rolled around I was actually tan. Not too tan, just tan enough to look alive and glowy in my white white dress. Though i just went for tanning, they talked me into trying the teeth whitening the week before the wedding. I figured for $150 it was worth a try. Once again, I was surprised by how effective it was. Thank you Sara and all the girls at Portofino. I felt like a million bucks on my wedding day and I will definitely be back to sneak in a session every now and then.
