After 10yrs of termite service, I sold my house and needed a termite clearance letter. They said they could not do it because there inspector was not available??? It delay my closing as I had to scramble around to find another company to clear my house. At that time I cancelled my bill. 8 months later they spray my old house and sent a bill. This is after repeated attemps to close my account. Now they threaten to send my bill to collection if I do not pay for a house I do not even live in. They would not work with me at all. Do not use this compnay.
Pros: Ok until there is an issue
Cons: Billing and not repetiable Will not work with you
