We have been loyal customers of Bret's Independent going on 14 years, and for the past two it hasn't been easy...since we now live 50 miles to the south. Bret and his crew have taken sole care of our beloved Hondas, and we have never once needed to worry about them making a poor diagnosis, or throwing unneeded parts at our cars or the quality of workmanship, which has been exemplary. Bret and his staff are courteous and accomodating. Bret has even been known to arrange for a free loaner when our vehicle was on overnight "outpatient" status, and has gladly performed free purchase inspections. The last Accord we bought (and love) came as a recommendation from him. If you live in South Snohomish/North King (and maybe even further), there's no reason not to take your Honda/Acura or other foreign make to Bret. He's a straight-talking, diligent mechanic who'll go the extra distance to make sure things are done right.

Rest easy if you take your car to Japanese Auto Care, they do a great job, prices are fair and they have a very reliable reputation. I have several friends and family members that have been going there for years... I just wish we had known about it sooner!

I bought my 2001 yzf from here and had great experience . I went back for all my services and never had a problem . Had one issue with a small oil leak and they replaced the valve gasket free of charge to me . When i brought it in for oil changes they go over the whole bike and alert me to any issues or things that will need to be replaced in the future . They have a killer deal on dunlop tires and still have it to this day years later . Motorcycle dealerships are not like car lots where they jack up the price and then cut thousands off the listed price to make you think you're getting a deal when you aren't ! Motorcycle dealerships don't really make alot off of sales so you get anything off the listed it is a good deal.The others that gave reviews on here most likely go in for the first time and think they're going to get a bike for next to nothing . This isn't ebay brother . I'll be buying my second bike here and wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else for a yahama . You want to compare prices go down the street to cycle barn sorry i mean cycle ripoff and see the rude sales people there who don't even look at you twice when looking at bikes . You have to go up to them and ask questions then they act like they are doing you a favor because they took time from talking to other salesmen to give you the time of day. Motoplex rules !!

Tough Luck! I think Sandberg is a great place for service.
You should have gotten a buyers inspection at a BMW Dealer before making a purchase. Most all dealers sell cars that have been in some kind of accident but still have a clean CarFax report.
As a Volvo franchise they are not able to sell a volvo as a certified pre-owned if it has been in any accident or sold as "unibody" at an auction.
However their used car lot is just like any other. They(and all dealers) will regularly bid on cars at lease return/bank auctions with announcements of "unibody" and "frame damage" as long as they have verified that it has a clean CarFax report before bidding. the BMW dealer who originaly leased your car on the east coast would have been prohibited from bidding on your car because they are a franchise BMW dealer. This makes a car like yours apealing to other dealers because they can get a very good deal on the car and make a larger profit while selling it for less than their local competition.
Next time will it be worth the extra $150. for a good buyers inspection at the BMW dealer before making the purchase? Thats the $15,000. question.

I took my 2004 Pontiac in for a chugging problem and the dreaded Service Engine Soon light in the dash, I did not have an appointment but Corey saw the stress in my eyes and made time to fit me in. I had gotten a phone call about an hour later with a verdict of the problem and an estimate of the repair. I gave them the ok to fix it and it was done at the end of business the same day.
I can not rave enough about the service I have gotten from Andy's and will continue to use them. I Highly recommend them.

I'm not sure what's going on with the rest of the reviews, but when I went into Acura of Lynnwood, I had an excellent experience from start to finish.
I am on my 2nd Acura from that dealership (TSX and TL). I have been treated VERY kindly each time, and have never been pressured. I feel like my business is valued whenever I come in. I've actually sent multiple family members and friends in to buy from the same sales person (Anthony).
I think no matter where you go, you'll have good and bad experiences, but people are more likely to complain out loud than compliment. So here you go: KUDOS Acura of Lynnwood! What a pleasure!

I called Frank and he came to my house and performed the window tint service on my 325I right in my garage. The windows look great and I personally watched the job being done so I can say he is very qualified and has a great attention to detail. I would recommend this company to anybody.
