Avoid this company. They were one of 4 companies giving me a bid for new rain gutters and the only one who could not give me a specific appointment. They gave me a window of 10 AM - 12 PM. At 11:50 AM I called them to find out if they were still coming. At that time they informed me that they weren't going to make it and wanted to reschedule for 2:00 PM. I don't think they had any intention of calling me to let me know they weren't coming. They wasted my entire morning and then were offended when I wouldn't reschedule my entire afternoon to fit their schedule. Somehow I doubt they would have shown up then either.
