I have been going to Bill Mullen for 11 years now. I also have sent many friends to him. No one I know has ever had any of the complaints the two negative reviews gave. As for getting audited. I did due to my own oversight and Bill was easily reachable in the off season whenever I needed advice and if unavailable prompt to respond!! You are not going to get that personal touch just anywhere!!
