staff could care less. going through the motions. raw dough in my wife's Stomboni. explicitly told on the phone that they wouldn't credit back her card. we spent 40 bucks on raw dough and veggies and the best they would do = she could come by another day and trust them to cook another one. says ""trust the crust"" on the box. ha. when I brought the food back (1/2 hr round trip) the old guy couldn't work the credit card machine so he gave me cash. but absolutely nobody said ""SORRY."" ""it never happens"", ""here's a comp salad"". nothing but indifference and blank stares. too bad, I liked the pizza, but how can we support this.
