I've never posted a bad online review before now, but I feel others should be warned away from this business. I took them a CD reproduction and printing job, and they botched the printing in several different ways (wobbly cutting that looked like it was done with a bread knife, smeared and discolored CDs), acted like I was the one with the problem when I had to ask them to redo it not once but twice, and then had technical difficulties that prevented them from getting the job done when I needed it. When I asked for my money back on the unfinished portion of the job so I could get it done elsewhere to meet my deadline, they told me they had a ""no cancellations"" policy and refused to give me the partial refund. In other words, if they can't get your job done on time, they will not give you your money back. Go anywhere else but here.
