We recently bought a block of cheese labeled Laack brothers. Our 1-year old who has loved any other cheese he's ever tried actually spit the stuff out. It was bitter and not in a nice 'aged cheddar' way, but truly bitter and this was supposed to be a mild cheddar.
Cons: Besides cheesespread, they just sell other people's cheese
