I am a caregiver for my elderly parents. It is quite stressful and impacts one both physically and emotionally on a daily basis. You never know what their needs are going to be on a day-to-day basis. I have found dahn yoga and Brain Wave Vibration to be a most useful tool for alleviating my daily stress. It is a rather simple technique to follow. All one has to do is shake one's head up and down and back and forth and after fifteen minutes of doing this I feel the stress flowing out of my body. I really wish that there was a way to get the word out to more people about this rather simple technique.
