The implications of impropriety and personal attack in the review posted by Dontgohere111 is in violation of City Search's terms of use. Correspondence to City Search (three emails and a certified letter between October and December 2008) have been ignored so I am reponding to this review in their own forum. The information presented is infactual. Dr. Lindauer is a highly competent Optometric Physician and all the doctors and staff at Optic One are very attentive to patients. Had this reviewer made any effort to have his/her concerns addressed, assuming there is an ounce of fact in them, the matter would have been handled promptly and with courtesy. As an employee of Optic One I know this to be the case. Patient satisfaction is top priority. Furthermore, this negative reviewer's characterization of Dr. Lindauer is just plain wrong. He would not say the things this reviewer claims. He is friendly, very personable and takes the time to listen to his patients. My response to Dontgohere111 is that if you truly experienced the problems you claim I'd like to speak with you. My name is Carolyn and I can be reached via the office at 509-328-2632. One further note: The office addresses posted in City Search are wrong. The correct office addresses are: 1720 N Hamilton Street (the north of GU District) and 513 E Hastings Rd (Wandermere mall area/near Fred Meyer). There is no longer a clinic in Cheney.
