I have been to this dentist twice, and have had the same experience. The first time, I was there to get a tooth pulled and after stating that I had a fear of dentist and asked them to tell me everything they were doing before they did it, I still didnt know that they were fixing to poke me with a needle cause I didnt know what a dental one looked like. I felt that they were rude on both occasions. It was a little better the second time but I wouldnt recommend individuals who are scared of the dentist to go there.
Pros: Very polite staff at desk
Cons: Didnt seem to remember that some people are petrified of Dentists cause of experiences like this one
